I didn't know exactly where I was headed, so after I passed the shop in my car, I pulled over to park just a bit in past the entrance. When I stepped out of my car to walk down to the market, I immediately smelled the aroma. Omg. In the shop conversation was friendly & informative, with my hosts taking the time to chit chat with both me and another guests, and efficiently tour me through the fresh made pasta and sauce options. I purchased fresh made pasta, basil, pancetta and sun dried tomatoes for an exceptionally reasonable price. I am absolutely going to become a regular here. 10/10, I highly recommend.

Angelo's Italian Market is a hidden gem that embodies the essence of high quality, family owned awesomeness. Mike and Chris, the dynamic father-son duo, infuse their passion for bringing quality Italian goods to Indiana. From their fresh pasta, crafted with local stone milled flour, to the selection of imported Italian goods, Angelo's offers a taste of Italy right in your neighborhood. What sets Angelo's apart is not just the exceptional food, but the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Mike and Chris. Their genuine hospitality when we stop by makes every visit enjoyable. Their fresh bread and vodka cream sauce are our favorites! And there's plenty of free street parking in front of the store. Side note: If you're looking to get even closer to the pasta, they also offer a Pasta Making 101 class. Not only can you learn how to make pasta but also get some 1:1 time with the owner(s) which will make you fall in love with this small business even more.

Angelo's Italian Market is just off 116th street near the city center square in Fishers in the Nickle Plate District. There is easy street parking right out front. The shop smells wonderful, and you just know that you are getting something tasty. I happened to be there at a non-busy hour, and the owner Chris spent quite a bit of time chatting with me and telling me about his father, and his grandfather - the namesake of the shop - Angelo. I also got a nice little tutorial about the types of pastas and sauces. Additionally, they were making some pastas when I was there, so I watch that for a while. I got the campanelle pasta, a fun large spiral, and the garlic formaggio sauce. Chris expaned to be that fresh pasta does not need to be cooked as long as dired pasta. Their producs also have QR codes with cooking instrictions. My hubs did not quite follow directions, so I will admit that we overcooked our pasta a bit and made it a little too soft. so we lost some of the lovely shape, but the taste will still good. And I liked the sauce very much. Served it with some salmon and it was delicious. I also bought a little "snack pack" of cheese, proscuito and dried apricots, and a nice block of sharp provolone. Understandably, prices are that of a boutique (and not a grocery store shelf), $9-12 for a 12oz of fresh pasta, $12 for 3, 3-oz meatballs, around $10-12 for a pint of sauce, etc. But it is all of really nice quality and a super #yum. #ReviewsByRL

I visited Angelo's Italian Market for an event but ended up buying a dessert cause the options looked divine. I believe it was a lemon cake which was by far the best quality and taste I have ever eaten. Best taste for me is defined by real flavor barring the usage of artificial extracts and sweeteners and one bite into the cake it was everything I wanted. The lemony freshness added quite an oomph to the cake. Angelo's Italian Market is locally owned and products in the store are imported from Italy, pasta made fresh in house. I did like the offering which was durum wheat pasta. Good and hearty. There's a variety of cheese, premium veggies, sauces, homemade meatballs and lasagne you can look at! Located in a very upscale location, definitely going to head back!

This place is a little hidden but worth the find. Parking is a little tricky because it's street parking but it wasn't too bad. They have a great selection of hand made pastas ans sauces. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He was eager to share the story of the business and quick to offer suggestions and preparing instructions. You can watch them sprt the pasta through the window. The bread was delicious. I got the spaghetti noodles, vodka sauce and alfreo-type sauce, all delicious. This is a take and cook at home type of food. The owner shared they are getting a freezer soon to have some prepared take and bake items. I'll be back to try those.

The owner met us the minute we walked in. I could not help but smile, he was so proud of his market and product. He introduced us to his wife and began to show his pasta's and sauces. He explained all the outstanding vendors he used. Most local and independent. We decided on the Sunday gravy and the spaghetti. We added a container of meat balls (3) and some Italian cookies We asked about portions and were told the pasta served 2 maybe 3. The pasta sauce should be enough. He also gave instruction on how to heat. When we made the pasta, it took 4 minutes to cook. The sauce and meatballs were cooked in the microwave. The food came in micro-safe containers In our opinion, there was enough pasta for 5. Two of us could not eat all the pasta. The sauce on the other hand, for our taste could have been at least doubled or more. The meatballs were golf ball sized and moist and tasty. They could have been sold in sauce but were not. The cookies are Italian with a fruit center, I think. They are great with espresso We enjoyed the generosity of the owner and the taste of the food. I am hopeful they will carry more Italian meat and cheese. Next time, we will cook less pasta and buy more sauce The meal was comparable to a fancy Italian restaurant but was less expensive and could enjoy at home. Thanks again for the owner's generosity

How many calories are there in half a loaf of fresh focaccia? Asking for a friend...or not. Yup - it is true. I polished off half this fresh baked loaf before the hubs even made it home from work. SO GOOD. Angelo's is tucked down a side street off of 116th - kind of caddy corner behind 4 Day Ray. The space is take-out oriented, no tables inside - but there are tables around that area outside to sit at on a nice day. They offer lunch specials as well as order ahead big meal take out. For the quick dinner idea, just pop in and pick out some hand made fresh pasta, a signature sauce, and a loaf of bread - and you are set. I was greeted by the son / owner and he graciously explained their business model, that they just got a new freezer to offer frozen take and bake meals, and about all of the fun things they offer. Soon after, the father / owner came out with a tray of fresh baked garlic parmesan focaccia samples - and I was HOOKED. It was so soft and flavorful and I cannot be trusted around fresh baked bread as evidenced above. I opted to grab a few containers of the fresh made Creste di Gallo pasta as well as the Sunday Red Sauce (vegan) and the Ragu Alla Angelo's sauce for the meat loving hubs (it does not have cheese in it for anyone wondering). I also grabbed a container of peppadew peppers for $9 - (my fav!) and of course a loaf of bread ($7). I love that they have a QR code on each package that links you to instructions for cooking each of their offerings in case you forget - because I did. It was so quick and easy - 4 minutes and the pasta was finished - perfectly al dente. Pop the top off of the sauce containers, and they are microwave friendly. I think I am now ruined because fresh pasta is just so much better than dried! One package was enough for 3 people - or 2 starving adults and a Boxer and a Frenchie. Considering what a picky dog mom I am, sharing with the furbabies is a high compliment. I would have eaten it all myself, but I was STUFFED. It was probably the half loaf of bread. But we have already discussed this. Anyway. What a wonderful little gem in Fishers! I had no idea Angelo's was a thing - but will now be a regular customer. Thank you, Angelo's Italian Market for a wonderful experience!

Stopped in at lunch time and got an Italian sandwich and it was so delicious! It was like a charcuterie board in a sandwich. The bread was so good too! I'm excited to try their homemade pasta in the future. Also, the service was excellent. The man working behind the counter was very friendly and informative.

Fun Fact: Did you know you can buy a bag of their pasta and send it to a friend, family member, coworker or random compadre? Thanks to an awesome coworker, this happened to me :D Angelo's take home pasta is an absolutely... amazing and astounding vehicle for a weeknight creation! The pasta comes with easy directions. If you follow it, it'll help you make it to perfect al-dente fashion. The texture was deliciously chewy. The shape (as you can see) was campanelle. Ideally, I should have served this with a thicker sauce but I was pantry cooking on the fly. Overall, it was so fun to try a taste of Indianapolis in Denver! Wish I lived closer, I'd be buying pasta from here every week.

What a gem! We're so lucky to have a market that sells fresh and freshly dried pasta in Hamilton County. And the owners -- who you will most likely see behind the counter when you stop in -- are super enthusiastic about their food. It's all made here by the family. I needed a gift for my brother-in-law (shhh! Don't tell him!). He loves pasta, and good pasta was on his wish list, so Angelo's came to mind when I thought of where to get good pasta. Angelo's is a small shop and has lots of fresh pasta, but not as much dried pasta. They have one or two dried varieties depending on the day. But the kind of dry pasta that I picked up was perfect (creste di gallo). I messaged them on Facebook before I headed over to make sure they would have what I was looking for, and they responded in less than 15 minutes. Great customer service, great pasta and great people!
